A 24/7, anonymous, confidential toll-free telephone and TTY crisis line for women in Ontario experiencing any form of abuse including physical, emotional, sexual, or financial. Trained counsellors provide crisis counselling, crisis intervention, safety planning, emotional support, information and referrals. Language line services available in over 200 languages.

AWHL operates the Seniors Safety Line for seniors in Ontario who are mistreated, bullied, neglected or experiencing other forms of abuse. Counsellors are available 24/7; language services also available. A safe space, free of judgement.
