Too many kids lack access to healthy, whole food or know where food comes from or how it’s grown. Growing Chefs is on a mission to change that. We develop Edible Education—food literacy programs, for teams of chef and community volunteers to deliver, that give B.C. kids and youth in grades 1–12 hands-on agriculture experience with the whole food cycle, from seed to plate to compost.
